The service
Somi is software that helps you design, launch, and operate a business — including brand, website, pricing, and day-to-day operations features we make available from time to time. Features may change as we ship. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Somi for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls
- Reverse engineer the product except where law expressly allows
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
- Upload malware or content that is abusive, deceptive, or illegal
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Your content & our IP
You retain ownership of content you submit to Somi. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Somi, our logos, product design, and software are owned by Somi and our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, these terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.
Plans & billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods. Taxes may apply.
Disclaimer & liability
Somi is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your specific use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somi’s total liability for claims arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
Changes, law & contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
